Bilal is a Pakistani agent who loses his memory while operating in India. Indian counter-intelligence sees an opportunity and enlists him, and before long he is working against the very handlers who sent him – leaving his bosses across the border baffled as he starts taking out their operatives and cheering for the Indian tricolour. When the terrorist Azhar Maqsood infiltrates the country, Bilal is drawn into a frantic race against time, in a mission where nobody seems to know what is going on – least of all the hero himself.

The directorial debut of Aakash Kaushik. The supporting cast includes Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, Gulshan Grover and Raghubir Yadav.
